BEFORE YOUR EVENING

A few good
questions.

Have something else in mind?
Ask Chef Troy →

Where do you cook?

Chef to Cabin brings dinner to cabins, lake homes, vacation rentals, and private residences in the Brainerd Lakes area. Share your location and kitchen details so Chef Troy can confirm the fit and any travel arrangements.

How many guests can you accommodate?

The standard private dining experience is designed for intimate groups of up to 12 diners. This supports the timing, food quality, and personal service of the evening. Guest-count increases require advance approval and cannot exceed 12 under this format.

What is included?

Menu planning, ingredient sourcing, on-site preparation, plating, course service, and cleanup of the working kitchen area. Tax and gratuity are included in your quoted price. Travel, rentals, premium ingredients, or additional staffing may be quoted separately.

How are pricing and payment handled?

Contact Chef Troy for a personalized quote. Chef Troy will confirm the menu, location, staffing, any event minimum, and the complete price in your proposal. Chef to Cabin is a cashless service.

How do I reserve a date?

Start with an inquiry. A signed agreement and reservation retainer secure the date. The final guest count and balance are due according to your agreement. An inquiry by itself does not reserve a date.

Can the menu account for dietary preferences?

Include allergies, dietary preferences, and any ingredients you avoid in your inquiry. Chef Troy will discuss what can be accommodated before the menu is confirmed.
